Once you get to the site, view the list of seminar classes.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to Print the list; or write down the session numbers (L##) of the classes you wish to attend.
Click CONTACT US (left column) to access the Online Pre-Registration Form.
Enter your Name, Email and type the Session Numbers (L##) in the message box.
Click Send Form to complete your pre-registration.
