SGS Secretary Sherri Spencer informs us of a 3-session workshop taking place in Eugene:

Family History Book Workshop, Part 1  (Classes)
1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
OGS Library, 955 Oak Alley, Eugene, OR

The Publications Committee is offering a 3-part workshop to help you create your own Family History Book that can be published through the Oregon Genealogical Society.  They will talk about: Copyright on material and especially images, what you might want to put in and where it should go, do you use color or B/W for pictures and where each person should go and what to do to fluff some of your people.  Bring either or both your family books and your computer

Part 2: Saturday, February 10, 2018.
Part 3: Saturday, April 14, 2018. 
Instructors:  Linda Aubrey and Ardys Vaughn
Fee:  FREE
Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to class.
