SGS closed out the year with a festive Holiday Party held on December 17th. Thank you to everyone for participating! It was an enjoyable evening with savory dishes and desserts! Mary Colgan Bennett created wonderful Memory Jars with topics for interesting conversations and storytelling. View a slideshow HERE.
RECYLING FUNDRAISER 2014
The Recycling project continues to be a successful fundraising endeavor for SGS and the Florence community. In addition to raising over $300 for SGS this year, the collection of cell phones (nearly 9 pounds), inkjet, and toner cartridges (nearly 130 pounds) were diverted from becoming landfill waste. View the breakdown of resources. Many thanks again to Pat Rongey for her efforts in organizing this on-going project.
