Recycle Project Recognized by City Council

The SGS Recycle Project was recognized at the May 5 Florence City Council meeting. Pat Rongey accepted the Greener Florence Award on behalf of SGS for the club/organization category. In addition, the Siuslaw Genealogy Society’s name will be added to the City’s plaque commemorating all recipients of the award.  The plaque will be displayed on the green wall at the Finance Department (south) side in City Hall.
